There's another part of me that says, "maybe 4.5 miles is juuuust about right."

The "Juuuuust about right" part of me just kicked the crap out of the "4.5 miles is too long" part of me.

Does the cop have to follow up? Absolutely he/she has to follow up. Is this worthy of charges? Absolutely NOT.
