If this wasn't so sad it would be funny

I'd say, conservatively, that 80 percent of the teachers I encountered growing up were less than qualified. I say that based on the few that I can recall who really could teach.

Becoming a teacher should be difficult - far more difficult than it is right now, and those who can manage it should be well-compensated.
