Has the TSA busted any Terrorist? No proof whatsoever. They haven't caught 1 terrorist.
More government takeover? This makes so much sense... Is our government really a foreign corporation?
Is that why nothing Congress does makes sense?

Good Question. It's one to think about.

Well... they confiscated my Gerber knife and my wife's itsy bitsy Swiss Army knife (it was maybe 3/4 inch long) recently. And a recent report in the media points to a top heavy personnel mix (surprise, right?); yet more wastage of our tax dollars.

9/11 was real. Terrorists easily boarded planes and crashed them killing thousands. It's my personal opinion there is many out there who would love to do our nation and it's peoples harm still. Thankfully, for whatever reason, we haven't had another tragedy since 9/11. The TSA is part of that.

Many people smarter than me say that 911 was done by our own government. After deeply researching the matter, it is easy to see their point. :rolleyes:

Anyone that believes that the attacks on the World Trade Center & the Pentagon were done by our government is delusional and should be committed.

If the US Government wanted to commit a act like that and blame it on Al Queda or the Taliban, they could simply fly a couple cruise missles into them and do away with the skulldugery.

There are still people that believe the moon landings were faked in a Hollywood movie set.

Like Al Capone said, "Three people can keep a secret, if 2 of them are dead!"

If the government was to do something like that, someone, somewhere would have long since come forward.

Well before you condemn other opinions... listen to some of what they have to say. This is just one person from MIT. There are countless others. The evidence is certainly damning. I've looked at over 20 hours of stuff on the subject. You don't need to be Mythbusters to consider it to be Plausible. If you don't realize how corrupt our Government has become, you are still asleep at the wheel. Oh yea... their were weapons of mass destruction too.

Look I'm no Democrat by a long shot. Now I don't put anything past the REAL people/cartel running the puppets we call our Government leaders. You have the illusion of a Constitution and a vote. It really has become that bad. Imagine that a dollar was worth $1 dollar in 1933 when the Federal Reserve was created. It's now worth .25 and getting worse. Forget the politicians. Do a search on "Fractional Reserve Currency" on Youtube to see what's really been stolen from you. Watching any video about the subject will open your eyes and you will understand how inflation can be 7% but interest rates remain at 3%. Did you figure that one out yet for yourself. I never understood that before but it make complete sense to me now. It will open your eyes more that 911 ever could. Your children's future is being stolen from them and all you're worried about this the Saints? WAKE UP AMERICA BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!!

I'm all for a good conspiracy theory, but 9/11 a hoax put forth by the United States Government? Not likely. Is our Government corrupt? Of course. All Governments are...by their very nature.

Bin Laden had been working towards 9/11 for decades, and there WERE people IN OUR GOVERNMENT who were aware of it and went BEFORE CONGRESS and stated as much. None of our brilliant politicians gave any of them any credibility. THAT is a fact and can be proven. Not only are they on written record, but there is audio and video too. It's not a theory the "the government orchestrated 9/11" stuff is. It's fact.

So we can look at anecdotal 'evidence' until the cows come home. History doesn't prove it out. The only way our government is responsible for 9/11 is through the fact that they didn't do enough to prevent it when they could have.

As for TSA, I offer the following: Locks keep honest people honest. They don't prevent break ins. Ever. The same holds true for TSA. People are aware of the security measures in place and are continuously trying to devise ways around them. TSA's job, primarily, isn't discovery, it's deterrence. And for all the crap they take, I think they do a pretty decent job.

Well, they caught that 'underwear bomber' on a Northwest flight to Detroit, Christmas Day 2009, and there was a 'shoe bomber' that they caught also, right after 9/11 ... do those guys count as 'terrorists'? And they're still adding to all those guys down in Guantameno Bay, do they count as 'terrorists'? ... I think they've caught a few since 2001.

You are forgetting that both of those terrorist got past security, boarded a plane and attempted to detonate their devices.

I think both of those nut jobs boarded aircraft outside of the USA, so the domestic TSA can't really be blamed for that.

As an Israli anti-terrorist expert pointed out, the next terrorist act will be like a backpack carried into a mall or other heavily-traficked public area and detonated.

As someone already pointed out in another thread, the domestic security system is 'reactionary' based, instead of aggresively looking for threats. Try flying out of an Israel and you will see what real airport security should be!! You won't get anywhere near a terminal without a thorugh screening of you, your papers, luggage.

Yeah, that's true ... didn't think it through, but I think the point I was trying to make was to say they had caught a few 'terrorists'; ergo, 'terrorists' may exist ... I've been to Israel (before 9/11) and agree with you on Israeli security measures ... they don't mess around, and for good reason.

I went to Europe when I was 16, and I recall armed guards in the terminals in Luxembourg. It was like trying to get in to Ft Polk when I was a kid and the 5th infantry was still there - it was a closed base with armed guards at the entrance. You stated your purpose and proved it or you got shot.

In both cases, you had to prove you were supposed to be there. I had no problem with it then and I have no problem with it now. I get the argument about giving up civil liberties and all. I really do.

But that's not your airport, and it's not your airplane, and there are other people to consider, so at least in my opinion, much like entering a 'closed' military base, when you decide you want to fly you give up a few civil liberties for the needs of the many. It pisses me off that everybody doesn't think that way...

If you truly believe the Penatgon was not hit by an airliner, ask yourself one simple question: What happened to the people that were on the plane that the 'didn't' hit the Pentagon?

I don't know. Did the fight actually exist? Surely there wasn't typical wreckage of a plane. :rolleyes:

If you have a closed mind, you might actually see a plane wreck. But I surely don't see one.

The proof that the originator of the video that is linked in the thread is a nut j"b is in the title; "Is Terrorism Real?"

If a person wearing a bomb and exploding it to kill and maim innocent men, women & children in schools, markets, businesses, or anywhere that people will congregate, or driving a vehicle to the same type of place to do the same thing isn't proof enough that terrorism is real, then I would love to hear your definition of it.
