Sadly, some deluded folks seem to care more about what goes on in other people's bedrooms than their own.

That said, I dunno why Cooper's being gay is newsworthy, nor why he felt the need to unburden himself about it on television.

Sadly, some deluded folks feel the need to force their sexual preferences on others. Some even demand you not only tolerate it, but celebrate it.

My guess is that their announcing it publicly makes them feel less insecure about it.

This echoes my thoughts on basically everything, including people's sexuality. I don't think it outta be thrown in your face, and I don't think it's any reason to demean anyone, either. By all means, do your own thing in your own bedroom, and leave it at that.
