From a non-Obama person (about as non-Obama as they come really), I think he was naive. First off, nobody with an agenda like Obama's will ever cut the deficit in half. That's just crazy thinking right there. LOL

I think he genuinely thought he'd close Guantanamo, and I think he genuinely thought he'd be more transparent, and I think he got a quick education buy more politically savvy people who shut him down on those two items in a hurry.

And I think he's guilty of what any politician I can recall is guilty of: Telling people what they want to hear no matter how ludicrous it may be. And I blame American's for falling for it again, just as they will do AGAIN in November when we either reelect Obama or replace him with another product of a well run marketing campaign.

Nope. I'm not an Obama fan. Still, he's not guilty of a single thing any of the others have done or will do. They're all playing us for fools, and they're winning.
