The Republicans thought about it since it's essentially chicken abortion. But, they realized they would have to give up their Beluga Caviar as well.

Not sure... but I think it already is a provision in ObummerCare. Obummer probably thought about this provision when he was flying Air Force One somewhere eating this Beluga Caviar you speak of at the very same time Michelle Obummer was flying Air Force Two at the very same somewhere, flying of course with all the usual accoutrements of F-22's and so on; not that we, the tax payers, have anything to say about it or should really care just how much this adds to the debt and deficit, right?
