1. These are "rules" not laws so they are impossible to enforce. 2. How in the hell is this allowed? There is absolutely no way to determine who had control of the lane when an accident happens. 3. In a state where most common sense is dictated by law they allow motorcyclists to do as they please? 4. Someone who makes terrible judgement by slipping between two vehicles at 70+ MPH is allowed to make yet another judgement call? 5. Cali is actually allowing motorcycles to proceed with out a speed limit "10 MPG faster than the rest of the traffic"..? Keep in mind the not above 30 mph is a "recommendation". Why even bother with a helmet law.. |
