YES THEY DO! East Coast folk LUV to pull out the "You southerns are so stupid" card, especially when losing an argument. I've lived in so many places and found the stupidity is equally proportional in almost every place I've lived or visited.

i've lived in damn near a dozen states... south, north, west, east... even another country for a short time.

there are dumbasses everywhere. no region has an exclusive.

stupid doesn't come off with a brillo pad. that is a constant.
