Well reading this makes me wanna try to make one. But just because I'm interested in the actuall proccess. I think its sick to put it in somebodys yard.

The active ingredient is Lye, aka sodium hydroxide, aka caustic soda

It is an extremely strong alkali and you would rather leave it alone. It WILL burn your skin if the solid form comes in contact with you, as it becomes exothermic when in contact with moisture and the moisture in your skin is enough to start the reaction.

The reaction with the aluminum foil creates hydrogen gas which is flammable.

Those kids are idiots, one drop of that splashes in their eyes and they are blind.

We had this little "prank" going on in my county. I had two go off in my yard a couple of weeks ago at midnight. Now, me being a combat vet, I get a little worked up over explosions. Needless to say after the first one went off, I grabbed my AK and began shooting into the ground. I have not had that problem again.

I know they think it's funny and cool and all that other stupid teenage BS; but they have no idea what that little "Worx Bomb" can do. I really don't think they understand that in this day an age, they can be charged with terrorist activities.
