If you read all the way to the bottom you will note that she wasn't sold an iPad with someone else's personal info on it. She was sold a demo iPad that Apple preloads with files for customers to use when taking the device for a test drive.
Worse yet, another report indicates the "B" noticed the label stating that it was a demo but instead of simply returning it to the store, she called a reporter a fabricated the story to get her 10 minutes of fame.
She best be careful because Apple plays hard ball. Just ask the guy who "found" a pre-release iPhone in a bar and sold it to Gizmodo.
