'Lone Star' tick bites can turn you off red meat

A bug can turn you into a vegetarian, or at least make you swear off red meat. Doctors across the nation are seeing a surge of sudden meat allergies in people bitten by a certain kind of tick.

Over the last 3 months I have quit smoking, dropped 30 pounds, and lowered my cholesterol 80 points. No pills, patches, deity requests, or support groups.
