It seems this position will involve, among other things, advising on how to structure business transactions in the UK.

So...um...this doesn't make it seem less likely that we'll have a team/division in one or more countries at some point. You can hire outside counsel to advise on tax issues regarding jersey sales overseas. They have something much bigger in mind. Conspiracy lovers have at it!
