The documents are the Police Department's incident report and the teachers' arrest reports, all public records. They offer little new information, beyond what authorities have already released in the investigation.

The student, now 17, had told St. Charles Parish sheriff's deputies that he had sex with the two English teachers at Respess' apartment in Kenner on Sept. 12. That was a Friday, the night of the Destrehan Wildcats-Helen Cox Cougars football game. The Kenner report says the incident started at 9 p.m. and ended at 6 a.m.

The report indicates that the women consumed alcohol but doesn't say how much or what kind. It doesn't indicate whether the student consumed alcohol or identify him, as he was a juvenile at the time as well as a sex crime victim.
