Family First on this Thanksgiving
 

Hi, hope you all are doing well and will enjoy your Thanksgiving.

It has been a rough year for our family - we have had several ER trips and my oldest daughter had hand surgery and was hospitalized for kidney infection. I thought finally everyone was doing well, but now my mother-in-law is hospitalized with pneumonia/congestive heart failure. Medical costs aren't as high in the Philippines, but they don't really utilize insurance much and require more up front.

I am one who is always reluctant to ask for help, but my wife thought it would be best to create a Gofundme page to see if we can get some outside financial support for my mother-in-law. I am working two jobs now and am trying to help out but money is a battle right now. Please do not worry about this being a scam - it's legit, I have seen the hospital pictures.

If you can afford to help out a little that would be fantastic, if not please keep my mother-in-law in your prayers and thoughts.

A part of me wants to wonder if someone from the Saints could see this and help out, but given the way the team and the NFL operates, I cannot bring myself to that level of delusion. The rest of us 99% are all in this together - that's just reality.
