Ok, besides the fact that their music is probably horrible, and their group name is about as stupid as they come, what puts them on the FBI radar as a a "loosely-organized hybrid gang?"

What's next, is the FBI going to start categorizing toilets and public restrooms around the country??

"Loosely organized poop in toilet. Toxic gases emanating from hand-wash lavatory. Potentially explosive situation. Must have surveillance team on site at all times. Potential terrorist threat assessment is level 5."
