Beatles. Not so much the pop stuff but the drug years, those songs were heavily layered and well done. I turn them on almost every Sunday on Sirius. Nothing like the Beatles on Sunday morning. Plus there is no way of knowing what could have been if Lennon was around. He was still making great music. I'm not sure what the Stones have done in the past 20 years to be honest and franky I'm tired of hearing their half a dozen songs over and over.
