Truly that is too bad - I hate her politics...absolutely HATE her politics, but she has a great voice and was instrumental in the music careers of lots of people for which she gets little credit.

She definitely was a darling-of-the-70s ... none of 'em could get their politics straight back then, so I give her a pass as well, :mrgreen:.

Too bad, darling of the 70's she was. I still remember litening to her on a 8-track, wearing skates on the cover seems like.

Problem is she never grew out of it.

Well, to be clear, she can think what she wants. It's a free country, but she's been booted off the stage, quite recently, because she was using her fame to hold political ***** sessions - only the people were playing for music. She actually got banned from performing in a few places in Vegas because of it.

Still love to hear her sing tho...
