I'm still a little unsure about our first pick in the draft. Personally...I think we needed a good quarterback & Young would have been great! Lineart has too much attitude...he would fit better w/ the Dallas Cowboys! I am happy we did pick Bush...but he needs a decent quarterback or he'll just be frustrated all the time. Bush is a good complement to Deuce in my opinion. If Benson screws this one up...doesn't sign him...I'm going down for murder! ;) Peter Schrager said it best..."Assuming NO opts to hold on to the 2005 Heisman Trophy winner and stays in the SuperDome, you now have the fastest human alive on the fastest surface around. Guess a guy who made the last 2 pro bowls in Drew Brees isnt exactly the "decent" quarterback you are looking for.

He couldn't go to the last Pro Bowl because of an injury to his arm. That's what I'm worried about. Yeah...beats the hell out of Brooks...but how long is he gonna last?!?
