I am not saying that it will but to specify the side of the ball the personnel have to be hired at and the league paying the salary is more than just 'diversify your numbers'. 1/3 of the NFL's HC call their own offensive plays.
Also, if diversity is going to be required in coaches why not players as well? The numbers game is a very convoluted lesson in unintended consequences. |
