Aaron Donald just used a Cincy helmet to beat Bengal players during a fight at their dual practice just minutes ago. There is a precedent for suspension when striking another player with a helmet.

I don't see how a joint practice should be treated differently than a game. You swung a helmet at an opposing team player(s).

Maybe the league leaves the discipline to the Rams.

I can’t see the league doing much to penalize one of their biggest stars..especially one playing for the rams.

The Rams play the Suckaneers on 11/6 and the Saints on 11/20. If something works out that he is suspended against them but not us, then that adds to bakosaints theory.

Perhaps since the practice involved another team it would be taken "out of the house".
