Eli and Abby Manning are having a baby in Spring 2011
 

Giants quarterback Eli Manning and his wife Abby are about to become parents.

The college sweethearts, who have been married for 2½ years, will become parents next spring.

“They are both so happy and excited. Eli is being very protective of Abby, as it is still early days,” a source told Page Six of the NY Post.

In May of last year, Eli and Abby announced they would bankroll a new birthing center for natural childbirth and holistic care at now-closed St. Vincent’s Hospital.

We hope it’s a boy, so they can add to the Manning dynasty.

They need to name it Archie if it's a boy. I would love to see another Archie Manning in an NFL uniform, before I die.

I think Cooper already has a "Li'l Archie"...but I could be wrong. Since Eli's name is Elisha Nelson Manning they should name it Elisha if it's a boy or girl.

I came across something that is "Manning" related and I wanted to share with everybody here. I think this is pretty funny...especially Eli going..."Uh, uhh, uhhh" Reminds me of Steve Tyler's "Janie's Got a Gun".

Congrats to the Manning family.

NFL Network interviewed him this week. Segment said he and his wife are having a girl.
