I would get rid of Vince Young and keep Jeff Fisher.

Sounds like Young is a locker room cancer, defiant and a cry baby to me.

The owner of the team needs to stop meddling in the football operations.

Yeah to be fair, if Fisher has the right tools he makes his team a contender, just like in 1999 and 2008, granted they are far apart but the situation is not Fishers fault, like you said Vince is a cry baby.

Too bad the Titans were forced to announce the move, at this point they are almost certain to have to release him. No trade value in a player that is going to be released, oh wait, the Oakland Raiders may offer a draft pick for him... LOL

How many Vince Youngs would turn out differently if the NFL made it such that they don't get the big payout before they've played down one?

I hope someday Vince can get his head together, he has such talent and I'm still pulling for him because he won the Longhorns that championship.

Vince still mad about the Heisman... Reggie offered it back to him....Reggie likes his Super Bowl ring better:)

He's not THAT bad. He's not even bad really. Just a head case. He has the tools to be the next Randall Cunningham.

Titans screwed up their trade value on this one. They should have kept it all behind doors and made some calls to other teams about him.
