How much longer before Vick is benched
 

He is a turnover machine...i dont think he will be the starter much longer..and Reid might be driving the limo for him out of town...

I was wondering how much longer before Reid is benched. Like you said Strat, the gate may be hitting both of them in the behind at the same time.

What were they thinking, blowing their wad on Vick after only one year out of prison!!?? I know hindsight is 20/20, but that was crazy. That franchise is in a world of chaos right now.

I bet Cullen Jenkins is wishing he chose NOLA right about now...

Unless the man is seriously injured, he won't be benched. Who to replace him with? Vince Young? Mike Kafka? That's not happening.

Two of the 4 picks he threw on Sunday weren't his fault. He's also working with a subpar offensive line and they've been shifting players in and out of it since the beginning of the year.

The Eagles have bigger issues than Michael Vick. Their poor interior line one both sides of the ball is what's killing them. Games are won in the trenches and they're losing all the battles.

I think Kafka and Young might be better..lol

Michael Vick broke two ribs in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals.

According to coach Andy Reid, Vick sustained the injury on the second play of the game but didn't tell coaches. He went on to have one of his worst games in recent memory, throwing two interceptions against zero touchdowns and completing just 47.0 percent of his passes. Reid said that Vick's status for practice this week and the game against the Giants is unclear. Owners should be scurrying to add Vince Young in the meantime.

I think Reid will be gone to..they need change in Philly...i have buds who are diehards like us...and they are all fed up with Andy...remember he made this fiasco..with his decisions...they have to be the dumbest team in the NFL for paying Vick 100 mil...lol..i mean come on..didn't they know he is Aaron Brooks first cousin....Sorry A.B...you were actually a better QB..that how sad this is.. not to mention they wont give their best player a contract extention.

If the Eagles weren't going to give him 100 mil, someone would have. I think the dumbest decision was giving him that contract and while not providing him with an offensive line to protect their investment.

I dont think an 0-line would have helped him ...look at us..Drew can work with a bad O-line..I think and this goes back to when he was Failcon...he is just too small...and cant read Ds....and if you have any speed on D you can shut him down running...if another team would have signed him ..he still is Mike Vick..and that says it all...sorry Papz...im a dog lover..lol:bng:

I agree with your assessment of Michael Vick. What I don't agree with is saying having an offensive line wouldn't help him... having a good offensive line(for the most part as there's exceptions for everything) is the foundation of having a good offense. There's no denying that and saying having an offensive wouldn't help him is a complete stretch. Everything starts with the offensive line on offense and theirs is putrid.

Because of Drew's quick release and his ability to read defenses, I agree... he's capable of working with a bad OL along with Peyton Manning. On that note, we don't have a bad offensive line and that's not something I ever want to find out. Vick isn't in the same stratosphere as the upper echelon quarterbacks in the league... he needs a solid OL.

Ok lets see if they do the smart thing and start Kafka...

I do not kinow why he was allowed back in the NFL.
