49er Aldon Smith faces DUI charge in Florida
 

I woudn't worry about it. He's young. I believe 22. This is the first time he ever had a ton of money in his life. Plus the first time he had an offseason with that money. And probably his first time to South Beach. It was bound to turn out bad. He will grow up and learn from it. Obviously he needs to take a cab if he does this in the future.
