this is a discussion within the NFL Community Forum; Do they have to be retired? I'm kinda' partial to #81 for the Lions at the moment ... good list though, I liked seeing Largent and Alworth on there ... shows you did your homework ......

I think Johnson is great but I'll give him a couple years with those guys. I wouldn't mind seeing him in a Saints uniform at all!!{Ha, Ha}

... one more season before he's a free-agent, it's not that far-fetched an idea. In some of his interviews, he doesn't seem committed to necessarily staying with the Lions.
