He previously said he was NOT going to throw. I believe he still stands by this.

I don't think he will. If the Colts decide to sign him after the coin flip tomorrow, they won't allow him to. He will throw at his Pro Day and participate in everything else though.

But, I'm with you. I'd like him to throw.

If you're interested, ESPN recently did a comparison of Andrew Luck to Peyton Manning, Matt Ryan, and John Elway (all top QBs coming out of college)
