Panthers get new logo
 

With Nike taking over as the NFL’s new uniform supplier, we’re going to see some changes in uniforms around the league.

The only change we know for certain that’s coming in the NFC South is that the Carolina Panthers will have a new logo. You can see it here and the change probably means some subtle changes to their uniforms. This is the first time since joining the NFL as an expansion team in 1995 that the Panthers have made any change to their logo

A media event will be held Tuesday to unveil new uniforms. I haven’t heard that there are any surprises planned for the Buccaneers, Saints or Falcons, but anything is possible. You can stay up to day on Tuesday’s event by following the Uni Watch Twitter feed.

I agree.

I don't know, it's a minimal change. But if I had to choose, I'd say the new one looks better. They still look like crapola.

The new one actually looks older. Not a good move at all.

Well, they did finish 6-10 ... gotta' do something to generate some excitement around the team ... I think I prefer the new one.

I'm not a fan of the new design. It looks like the panther is looking out of the corner of it's eye.

HAHAHAH. Who cares, Screw them and steve smith. with scam newton or newtron whatever he thinks he is. He is going to be like Aaron brooks, first year no one knew how to deal with him. From then on, down hill. HE will suck this year.

why would anyone go through the trouble to make such minimal changes??

It going to take a lot more then a new logo to win football games.
