Exactly, but the media doesn't want to acknowledge that because they aren't going to report anything positive about the Saints for a while. I like how in the same slide they didn't even criticize the Wright signing and the $15M they gave him in guaranteed money. |

True, we lost an A-Plus player at an A-Plus salary and replaced him with an A-Minus player at a B-Plus salary.
In todays NFL, resource allocation is crucial to a teams long term viability. In my opinion this was a true win-win for both teams. We replaced a great player with a great player and saved a boatload of money too. The Bucs got a stud LG. No one lost this exchange. |

We needed Nicks so bad, it wasn't funny. You guys were able to sign Grubbs right after. Good job by your FO.
