49ers first-rounder Jenkins still struggling

According to Grant Cohn of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, Jenkins played like “one of the worst wide receivers on the field” during mid-June minicamp. Cohn called Jenkins “the biggest letdown” of 49ers spring practices, and noticed that the 30th overall pick in the draft ran with the deep reserves in team drills.

I dunno what the 49er's were thinking when they drafted this guy so early. Maybe they're wondering the same thing, now.

To be fair though, this time last year Cam Newton looked "lost" on the practice field and Blaine Gabbert was impressing everyone. It's mini-camp.
