In her lawsuit, Carrillo contends that Cowboys Stadium officials didn't warn her or others about the dangers of sitting on the uncovered bench in the hot summer sun.

"No signs were posted at or near the bench warning that it was too hot to sit on nor was the bench roped off to prevent persons from sitting on it," the lawsuit states.

ok, so a bench is warm enough to give you third degree burns and you still sit down on them for a while? I mean you should feel that its to warm right away and get up and then get nothing worse than a 1st degree burn, maximum. This smells like a sham.

This is a dum law suit how long do u have to seat and think to yourself this is to hot but I'm going to contiue to stay seated and then you third degree burns.

im involved in a similar suit with my water comapany. i was boiling some water and decided to stick my hand in the pot. i got severly burned. so now i am suing my water company for not informing me that my water gets hot enough to burn me, when heat is applied. i am also suing skoal. i was ok with the risk of mouth cancer they warned me of, but nowhere in the warning does it say it will stain my teeth. so im suing for teeth whitening.
i should probably say that none of above is true. its the kind of stuff people do who are unable to accept responsibility for their own actions

This should be thrown out. This case is like the case of the old lady who got burned and filed a lawsuit against McDonalds and won. Yes, the coofee was hot. Yes, it said hot cooffee. Yes, she put it between her legs and I saw the case, burns on a tv show and they were deep , ugly burns. Serious. Thing is her older, early 30ish grandson took his grannie through the drive through and had her place the coffee between her legs instead of cleaning out his car and getting a cup holder. Actually, the no good grandson should have taken his elderly grandma to the McDonalds and sat inside to eat and have her drink some coffee. She should have sued her grandson or McDonalds should have sued him.
