He never really was as good as his stats in Minnesota seemed to suggest. He benefited greatly of playing opposite of Jarred Allen and having Kevin and Pat Williams on the interior of that D-line.
Robison has been a better DE for the Vikes than Edwards was, and many in Minnesota were laughing at the contract the Failclowns gave Edwards two seasons ago. Another great move by Dimitroff! ![]() |

Maybe, but I fear that he would need a dominating opposite DE and a dominating interior lineman pair to work with in order to be a dominant player himself. Since the Saints are far from having any of those - although Jordan has showed some positive flashes of what he could develop into - I would have to think that he wouldn't really bring anything different to the table than the likes of McBride already do. I could be wrong, but I don't think he is the answer to creating more pass rush with just the front 4. |
