How do the Saints play?

If they have a bounty system you see the kind of hits you see the 49ers, Ravens, and Steelers put on players, I am pretty sure all 3 of those teams run a bounty to.

Don't have much to add, but everything you said was very true. Maybe they were just pissed the small-market Saints' kept getting into the playoffs, instead of bigger market teams.

And yea, that hit on Pierre Thomas was the game-ender, and it happened on the first drive--he was clearly targeted, and the announcers in the game fell all over themselves trying to justify it as A-OK, fully legal, nothing to see here, just a legal, deliberate, head-to-head KO.

Nothing will happen because the Super Bowl is not being played in SF or Baltimore.
