I was lucky enough to meet Pat and John Madden back in the 90's, when the superbowl was being held in the Dome. My school did a run through of the plays before the game, and John and Pat came out on the field, and met with us.
As many others on this forum, I grew up listening to the NFL through the voices of a lot of people, but Pat Summerall will be one I will always remember. |

His voice was a fixture in my home on Sunday's. A legend in the booth.
