Still don't think Romo is the issue in Dallas.
Lack of leadership will do that to a team and it doesn't help they haven't had a real coach since Parcels.
Bunch of yes men since then... So Jerry Jones has been the coach imo

+1 and so true ... Jerry has been coaching that team ever since the Jimmy Johnson era ended in Dallas.

Just a delusional franchise.
