Re: Aaron Hernandez arrested, then released by Patriots
There was some "Legal Expert" on Mike and Mike practically demanding to know why he was "forced to do the perp walk of shame" and that the prosecutor better have press conference to "explain" why he was arrested!! Surprised he didn't suggest that "coach" pick him up in the team limo and escort him to jail!!

Re: Aaron Hernandez arrested, then released by Patriots
Massachusetts law enforcement officials believe Aaron Hernandez may have murdered Odin Lloyd because Lloyd had information connecting Hernandez to the double murders that occurred on July 16 of last year in Boston.
It didn't take long after Hernandez's arrest for the story to leak that he's a possible suspect in the double murder. "The motive might have been that the victim knew [Hernandez] might have been involved," one law enforcement official said. The double murder -- unsolved to this point -- occurred on Shawmut Avenue in Boston after a fight broke out at a club called Cure. Daniel Abreu and Safiro Furtado were stopped at a traffic light when a silver/gray SUV with Rhode Island plates opened fire, killing both. A third man in the backseat was shot, but lived. I gotta say - and I'm not one to jump the gun on folks until they've been fairly tried, but based on what we know so far...

Re: Aaron Hernandez arrested, then released by Patriots
Urban Meyer has nothing to say about Hernandez
The Patriots aren’t the only ones trying to distance themselves from Aaron Hernandez. Now, his former college coach, who was apparently OK with everyone knowing he was having “daily Bible study sessions” with his former University of Florida tight end, has clammed up. According to Ben Axelrod of BuckeyeGrove.com, the Ohio State coach didn’t have anything to add when asked about Hernandez Monday. “I’m not going to talk about that,” Meyer said. Meyer will get plenty more chances to not talk about the guy who is currently in jail on murder charges. And maybe someday he’ll even elaborate on what kind of scouting report he gave his pal Bill Belichick on what to expect after the Patriots drafted Hernandez. Perhaps Meyer will open up more if he was asked about another Patriot, one for whom the daily devotions seemed to have had more of an impact.
