Driver and Woodson gone and so is the unspoken experienced leadership dynamic in the locker room. (while Rogers licks his wounds and distances himself from his best buddy, Ryan Braun).

Not a good thing for Oakland.

My opinion, ripping the number from Porter sends a negative vibe to all the players, as if Al was working from the grave and needed to make Porter the Marcus Allen of now....
