“To achieve style, begin by affecting none.”
― E.B. White Most of the above fail miserably, they produce an noxious affect. |

I've never understood the fondness for bling, pop, etc.... All of my vehicles are/were black, suits navy or black, color exists in either neck ties or my marine aquarium.

In their defense it's an entertainment industry which has no real dress code. It's also a good indicator of who I would not trust in any real life situation.

I find the mere thought of dawning an orange sherbet suit makes my skin crawl.

Re: NFL the bad suit Mecca
It's funny, but you ever look at the clothes of James Brown ("J.B.") on the CBS pregame shows, you can tell he ain't having nothing to do with none of that Zoot Suit bull ****. His suits are always straight up classy and refined, dignified, the best of the best. Just turn off the sound and look at the suits sometime -- J.B. is ALWAYS the best dressed man on ALL the NFL shows, period. He will rock the little details, which is what looking good is all about, not how many pockets or how crazy your pattern is. Cowher has a pretty good flair for putting himself together, but J.B. always tops him somehow. J.B. has that sixth sense, he can look at a rack and know what ties are going to look the best in hi def, his tie never flashes or gets zig-zaggy unless it's an intended effect.
