Bears waive Webb
by Marty Gitlin | CBSSports.com
Offensive tackle J'Marcus Webb started 44 of the 46 games he played with the Bears, including all 32 the last two seasons, but that apparently guaranteed nothing in 2013. He has been waived, according to the National Football Post. "It'll be good to have a fresh start," Webb wrote on his Facebook page. "3 years of starting with no injuries? I'll be OK." Webb was snagged by the Bears in the seventh round of the 2010 draft. Lets bring him in for depth on the offensive line with Charles Brown's injury history. |
Re: Bears waive Webb
Like the idea, but worried...the abysmal Olin Kreutz Experiment still lingers in the memory. If we bring him in, let's make sure he is "feeling it" -- can we give him a psychological exam as well as physical?

Re: Bears waive Webb
Am I the only one that can recall how many times Cutler has been hurt, frustrated, hit...? I'll pass on Bears linemen
