Whiners' Donte Whitner legally changing name to 'Donte Hitner'
 

Donte Whitner is fed up with the NFL fining him for hits on opposing players. Just this week he was fined $21,000 for a hit on Rams wideout Chris Givens. He's so mad about that he's started his own clothing line and is changing his name.

The "clothing line" part isn't actually a full-blown thing, necessarily. Whitner's just firing up "Legal Hitner" t-shirts for fans to buy. But he claims the name change is real. After making what looked like a joke on Twitter about changing his name ...
