Re: Tackled by the hair
Hey, you gonna sport that stuff, expect it to be used as a weapon, otherwise cut that junk off.

Tackled by the hair
I prefer the steelers throwback uniforms over the predator dreads..... They rank up with Polamalou hair.
When I had hair, it never touched my ears. |
Re: Tackled by the hair
Dreadlocks have never been cool. Its ridiculous seeing super long hair in the NFL. If I was a DB i'd be pulling hair all day.

Its not really the first time. |

Re: Tackled by the hair
I can't believe he didn't feel that and/or it wasn't a weave ... but yeah, if they're gonna' allow the long hair 'fashion-statement', at least they make the distinction that it is 'part-of-the-uniform' and not illegal to be used in tackling.
Long hair, cool :smokin: ... but can you leave it short enough for us to see your nameplate? Just sayin', ... not everyone carries around multiple game-day programs for each/every NFL franchise. |
Re: Tackled by the hair
That is not what coaches mean by "leaving everything out on the field."

Re: Tackled by the hair
I think you can grow your hair in the NFL any length that you want. You can cover up your name if that is what you want to do. But you can't cover up your number.
We have the tuck rule........if you want to keep from having your hair pulled(that sounds so girlie) then tuck it in your helmet. I had long hair in the 70's(Bon Jovi stole my hair style) so I understand the appeal. Just tuck that ****!:goodidea: |
