Tom Brady, Gisele Bundchen bodyguards sentenced to 5 years after shooting

Miguel Solis and Alexander Rivas, former bodyguards of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, were found guilty of attempted murder and sentenced to five years in prison on Friday after an April 2009 shooting in which the men opened fire on photographers during the Brady-Bundchen wedding in Costa Rica.

The three judges in the court in the resort town of Puntarenas voted unanimously on the case. Another bodyguard, Manuel Valverde, was acquitted.

So, maybe Hernandez was only working as Brady's body guard? If his attorneys use it as a defense...you heard it hear first.
