Out of the downtown area, farther east, with multiple access points. Has my vote.
If the waiting list is still huge, shouldn't be a problem filling another 30,000 seats or so.
I would say maybe after another Superbowl, but Minn is getting one, so why not.

It will never be out of the CBD area though. The appeal of the Dome is restaurants, hotels and parties all within walking distance. Makes it the best Superbowl, college bowl, final four, etc in the nation.

Run the buses or trolley lines out that way north of 10. It would be like going out to Jazz Fest from downtown, they never have problems gathering a crowd.
I see your point though. It's just wishful thinking for someone who comes in (and then out) on game days. All the money isn't generated from the regulars.
