Well I can't speak for either fan base, but it's expensive, prohibitively expensive, to attend a game. Most have to plan it well in advance. It's understandable IMO.

True but could you see the Superdome blacked out for a playoff game? I couldn't.

Meanwhile, Tuesday I received my 6 season tix plus an extra 4, which would have sold for 3X face value. Beyond depressing.

Attending an NFL playoff game for 1 person is probably close to 500.00, considering parking, concessions and tickets

Watching it with 4 to 6 friends in a 70 degree living room on a 52" big screen with food and beverage costs under 50.00, its not a hard choice for most Americans.

They could move the Colts to Baton Rouge and the Bengals to Lafayette and they would probably both sell out the stadium for a playoff game in about 30 minutes. Louisiana rules like that.
