I'd say he deserved it. Started the season on the hot seat and only hurt his cause with a couple of losses early on. Then he ended up winning the division and overshadowing our resurgence with Payton back. I can't hate on him.

Started 1-3 then went 11-1 in their final 12 games. Thats pretty good, even though a couple of those games were the result of some really bad calls and some luck.

They remind me of the 2012 Falcons.

I have no problem with Rivera. Kuechly DPOY is different story. Very good player (i'd like him as a saint), but not that good.

I have no problem with Rivera winning either but Kuechly DPOY was a major fail. Navarro Bowman got robbed because he was the best this year.

Kuechly and Bowman are equally deserving. Unfortunately there's only one winner. I wouldn't exactly call it a major fail. I believe playing next to Willis hurts him a little bit when it comes to getting full recognition to how good a player he really is.

Problem is rivera will be to blame for Carolina's offensive woes when it costs them.
