Keep an eye on Houston
 

With jags now projected to get Clowney, and the browns and raiders not expected to get a QB(especially Bortles), expect Houston to trade their first pick. Not because they want to exactly move down but because they may want to roadblock a pointless division rival. Atlanta could be that team, but I really hope someone beats them to it. If I were Jacksonville I would be quiet about who I'm picking.
