League and Lions got this one right! This is the first I have seen about the incident.

The Detroit Lions have issued an indefinite ban to the spectator who used a laser pointer during Week 5's contest between the Lions and Buffalo Bills. The individual will not be permitted to attend future events at Ford Field and has been issued a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct by the Detroit City Prosecutor's Office.

... the perpetrator was identified as a 17yr old kid from West Bloomfield, an affluent neighborhood northwest of Detroit where spoiled brats are typically raised with silver spoons in their mouths and a disproportionate amount of self importance, so go figure, :rolleyes: ... bunch of sweater-vest wearing nancy-boys, not real Detroit fans, IMO, :neutral: ... probably his first beer that day too (a $10 stadium beer, of course).

There was a fan who did this to the Russian goalie in one of the World Cup games this summer in Brazil, shined it in his face, and he missed a shot...the Russian team lost and it messed up my bracket in the pick 'em pool (I had all the other games in that round right) and it ended up costing me $35!
