Top 10 Candidates for 2015 Atlanta Falcons Head Football Coach
Big news from Atlanta this week: Falcons’ owner and Great Mouse Detective villain Arthur Blank “is irate” about his team’s continuing implosion, which has been underway since it choked in the 2012 NFC Championship Game, and the target of his ire will be current coach Mike Smith. To replace Smith, Blank will supposedly target an “A-list coach.”
We humbly submit these ten accomplished coaching candidates for Arthur Blank’s consideration. We believe all of them are truly “A-list.” Top 10 Candidates for 2015 Atlanta Falcons Head Football Coach | B&G |

Not sure you will see Rex Ryan as HC for any team. Most likely back to DC where he started. Surely Old Pickle Nose Arthur can't possibly be that dumb. Oh wait he did hire Smith so maybe..............

Rex Ryan is not gonna coach a team without having his hand in the defense. The falcons already have Nolan for DC and the two have different defensive styles.

Take Herm Edwards... even Brian Billick.
Leave Tony Dungee and Jon Gruden where they are... |
Re: Top 10 Candidates for 2015 Atlanta Falcons Head Football Coach
what's funny is that 5 years ago when Petrino left a Post-it on the desk and sneaked out in the middle of the night, Atlanta interviewed a ton of candidates. After half the coaching world bowed out, they finally settled on choice #5, Smith.
What makes them think they could go 'high-profile' now? |
