Falcons waive Shembo following animal cruelty charge
What the hell is it with failclowns players and abusing/killing dogs?
One more reason I hate that sorry-a$$ franchise like Jews hates Hitler! The Atlanta Falcons waived linebacker Prince Shembo on Friday following news of an aggravated animal cruelty charge, the team announced. According to the Gwinnett County (Georgia) Police Department, Shembo's former girlfriend, Denicia Williams, called the police on April 19 to report that Shembo killed her Yorkshire terrier, Dior. Williams left Shembo alone with the dog on April 15, according to police, only to return and find the dog unresponsive. Per a statement released by the police, Williams said Shembo "made comments to her that he had kicked her dog. At this point, she ended their relationship." A necropsy performed on the dog determined the cause of death was blunt force trauma. The report said the dog suffered a "fractured rib, fractured liver, abdominal hemorrhage, thoracic hemorrhage, extensive bruising/hemorrhage in muscles in front leg and shoulders, head trauma, hemorrhage and edema in lungs, hemorrhage between the esophagus and trachea, and hemorrhage in the left eye with internal injuries." The findings were completed May 28. A warrant for Shembo's arrest was obtained Friday, per a police statement. "We are aware of the charges that have been filed against Prince Shembo," the Falcons said in a statement. "We are extremely disappointed that one of our players is involved in something like this. Accordingly, we have decided to waive Prince Shembo." The former Notre Dame player was selected in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft and appeared in all 16 games for the Falcons this past season. If you hurt something, so violently, that is innocent and of no threat to you then you have something extremely wrong with you. You're sick in the head. He should be placed in jail for a very long time. A very long time. This strange concept that somehow hurting a human is different than hurting an animal (for pleasure) is sad. I hold animals in much higher regard than I do humans.

It's not that I don't put value on dogs; love 'em, have two, ex has my other three...

I am sort of dog watching this weekend. I just have to go to the house and let the dog out to use it. I did that twice today and will tomorrow morning. I called the owners and asked if I should bring their Yorkie boy to my house because when I left him tonight, he was crying. They told me that he is ok. He just loves love . I patted and wrestled with him a bit. I locked both doors and told him bye. He started crying. Best to just leave at his house where he knows his house. I will go back tomorrow morning and the family will be home at 12 noon. And so this POS did this and the girlfriend or ex, well why, how was her dog even with him, by him, near him. Oh yeah, right. I guess she went back to him or something like that. Anything for designer clothing. These girls are pitiful too. |

The guy allegedly raped St. Mary's student but he wasn't charged due to the harassment from his notre dame teammate that led to her suicide. The guy is a monster and I hope no team pick his arse up

So I'd hang the administrators and security chief at Notre Dame right along side him for being complicit in a coverup... That way justice would truly be served... |
