this is a discussion within the NFL Community Forum; Richie Incognito may have a dysfunctional personality, but the a$$hole in entitled to due process and to query his accusers; at least it was that way in this country six plus years ago......

Yep, nobody said he wasn't or claimed the NFL process was anything more than a kangaroo court, but as you pointed out, there's no denying he's an a$$hole and he's lucky the Miami Dolphins got to him before the NFL, thus shielding him from a presumably worse punishment at Roger's hand. Pretty sure there weren't enough character references or whatever left out of Well's report to save his sorry behind, #shrug.
