That's what happens when there are consequences within an organization. When there's no consequences for players, coaches or front office decisions, you get a situation exactly like what we have here. Payton can't cut Browner because that would mean losing face for him and Loomis, and admitting there is a problem with the front office side of things as well as the coaching....
